  • Middle School/High School Admissions Information

    Families will be able to view/print their Round 1 results letters in MySchools in March.  

    Mrs. Weiss will also distribute the Round 1 results letters in school and they will be mailed home by the Office of Enrollment as well. 

    The Round 2 application period will open in March for students who are interested in applying to programs that have availability left after Round 1.

    To celebrate Earth Day this year, the New York State Senate is sponsoring a poster celebration for children in grades K-6.  The theme is REDUCE, REUSE, & RECYCLE.

    Please photograph and submit your entries electronically, in jpeg or pdf format, via www.addabbo.nysenate.gov.  Submissions must be uploaded to the website by April 17, 2019.

    All entries will be displayed on Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. website by April 22.  Participants will also receive a certificate acknowledging their participation.

  • Apply Now for Exciting STEM Enrichment Programs for Spring Break!

    Kindergarten through grade 12 students can apply now to attend exciting spring break STEM enrichment and experiential learning programs. A wide range of programs are offered at the NYC Department of Education’s Genovesi Environmental Study Center and NYC Center for Aerospace and Applied Mathematics, Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, Museum of the City of New York, New York Aquarium, New-York Historical Society, Prospect Park Zoo, Queens Botanical Garden, Queens County Farm Museum, Queens Zoo, Staten Island MakerSpace, Staten Island Zoo, and Wave Hill. Student will meet and work with field experts in programs that feature real life, hands-on learning experiences.

  • Breakfast/Lunch Procedure

    Breakfast/Lunch are free to all studdents this year.  If you child will be eating breakfast in school, they should arrive 
    at 7:30 AM and enter through the main entrance on B. 135th Street otherwise they should arrive at 7:50 AM.

    All families must complete one mandated School Lunch Form available on the school website.  Even if students are not applying for reduced or free lunch, a lunch form must be completed. nyc.applyforlunch.com
